We work closely with you during the design process and provide you with regular updates during the production process. After all, it is your vision, we’re just helping to make it a reality.
Our Process
- Call, Whatsapp, email or message us via our Instagram page about your requirements. We may need to ask you a few questions to understand exactly what you have in mind.
- We will go to the “drawing board” and come back to you with a design. This is your opportunity to see it in a 3D drawing to scale and to make any changes you want.
- We will discuss the various material options and provide you with a sample if necessary.
- Once you are happy with the drawing and material selection we will then price and provide you with a quote.
- A deposit secures your order in our production schedule. All custom orders are made with a lead time of 4-6 weeks and we assure you that the wait is worth it! (Note that lead times may increase due to unforeseen circumstances or a heavy workload but we will communicate this with you)
- Once complete we will arrange for delivery/installation or collection.
- We will follow up with you after a month or so to check in and see how you are enjoying your new House of Sayad custom furniture.
